Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Sarasota is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee medical operations within the studio, acting as both clinical expert and business driver. You will mentor the nursing team, train front desk staff, ensure compliance, safety, and high-quality client care while coordinating scheduling and staffing to meet studio goals.

Requirements include an active RN license and BLS, 2 years in acute care, IV/injections experience; compensation starts at $33.00–$36.50 per hour base

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med‑Surg or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering IVs and injections.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Commitment to compliance, safety and continuous learning.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical operations within the studio and ensure safety.
• Mentor and coach the nursing team and educate front desk staff.
• Maintain compliance with medical, safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department revenue through service excellence.
• Collaborate with GM to implement activations and meet studio goals.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
