Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to manage a team of nurses across our wellness locations. You will lead staffing, ensure high-quality clinical care, administer IV therapies and injections, and drive client-focused sales while upholding safety and compliance.

The role involves coordinating with the General Manager, conducting staff interviews, and overseeing day-to-day nursing operations to support the Restore mission and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• At least two years of nursing experience in acute care.
• Leadership or management experience.
• Experience administering injections.
• Experience using EMR to document client details.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a client-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel to Vinings, GA and Woodstock, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Restore Nurses, conduct monthly updates and training.
• Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires with GM support.
• Manage nursing schedules and staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation of client visits.
• Oversee nursing operations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and performance evaluations for staff.
• Promote and upsell memberships and services to clients.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
