Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to head clinical operations in our studio. You will blend clinical expertise with business leadership to oversee safety, compliance, and staff development while driving medical service utilization and exceptional client experiences.

You’ll mentor nurses and front desk staff, educate clients on wellness services, and collaborate with studio leadership to achieve clinical and business goals in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum two years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med‑Surg, PACU, or similar).
• Minimum one year administering IV therapy and injections.
• Excellent communication and client education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care and wellness guidance.
• Administer IV therapies, injections, and other medical services safely and professionally.
• Provide personalized recommendations that align with client wellness goals.
• Build trust through education and outstanding client experiences.
• Educate clients on Restore services and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on their goals.
• Confidently discuss memberships, medical services, and wellness packages using a consultative, client-first approach.
• Train, mentor, and develop Registered Nurses on clinical procedures and best practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Drive medical department performance through operational excellence and outstanding client experiences.
• Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude.
