Helia Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and support our care team in a fast‑paced, resident‑centered environment in Missouri. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure accurate medication administration, and uphold high standards of documentation and resident comfort.

You will advocate for residents, coordinate physician communications, and participate in ongoing CE activities to maintain licensure and best practices.

Formación

• Current, valid Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in long‑term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Ability to read and interpret journals, professional materials, policies, and regulations.
• Ability to write nursing notes, reports, and procedures clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Observing, assessing, documenting, and communicating changes in resident conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Transcribing and carrying out physician orders.
• Developing and evaluating care plans for residents.
• Directing CNAs to ensure safe, respectful care.
• Rounding with CNAs and updating the team at shift start.
