Qualifications

• Active RN license (IL).
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document changes in resident conditions and communicate them clearly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Direct CNAs to ensure safe, respectful resident care and uphold policy.
• Update team at shift start and maintain ongoing communication throughout the day.
• Complete admissions, pain assessments, and required documentation.
• Advocate for resident comfort and notify physicians/families of significant changes.
