Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality of care. The RN will direct day-to-day functions, coordinate shifts, complete required documentation, and collaborate with physicians and other staff to support comprehensive resident care.

Qualificações

• Must have an active RN license in good standing with the state.
• CPR certification is required to perform life-safety duties.
• Supervisory experience with nursing assistants or related staff is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
• Coordinate shifts, services, programs, and activities with nursing staff.
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as required.
• Receive and transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Maintain resident care plans and participate in discharge planning as necessary.
• Review care plans daily to ensure appropriate care is rendered.
• Monitor safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
