Galan Dental in San Jose, CA is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a caring team dedicated to helping patients feel better in many ways. The role requires handling all phases of dental assisting, including chair-side support, charting, imaging, sterilization, and back-office coordination.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of dental experience, familiarity with dental software, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualificações

• RDA be comfortable with all phases of dentistry.
• At least 2 years dental experience preferred.
• Experience with dental software is a plus.
• Speaking Spanish is preferred but not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and clean the room properly.
• Assist doctor during procedures.
• Charting.
• Teledentistry.
• Patient education.
• Lab coordination.
• Take digital x-rays, impressions.
• Sterilization procedures.
• Ordering and update supplies.
• Quality control of back office.
