Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an experienced HVAC/R service leader to oversee a team of technicians responsible for maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of supermarket refrigeration systems. You will manage customer relations, coordinate staffing and quotes, and drive professional development across the team.

Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to multi-task across projects while ensuring safety and process compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC-R technical training preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required or preferred.
• 7 years field experience or 5 years with Technical School Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians across a geographic area to service and maintain refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning systems.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations and familiarity with customer systems and processes.
• Assist with job quoting, staffing, estimation, and understanding project costing.
• Provide training and development opportunities for technicians and coordinate technical support.
