BRT Extrusions Inc in Niles, OH is seeking a Recut Saw Operator for the Recut Department. This full-time role requires precise cutting per customer specs and effective teamwork to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow instructions in English.
• Experience leading a small team is preferred.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Recut saw and related tools.
• Read work orders and follow the production schedule.
• Record production data in EPICS.
• Lead and coordinate Saw Operators and helpers.
• Maintain safety standards and wear protective gear.
