• Extensive experience supporting State Government clients, contracts, and requisitions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with IT, professional, or administrative staffing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
• Strong understanding of compliance and government hiring processes.
