Overview of the role

We are seeking a strategic, driven, thoughtful candidate and client-focused Lead Recruiter to join our North American Talent Acquisition team, based onsite in our NYC office. You will be a highly visible and strategic TA partner, supporting our GTM functions, such as sales, client success, client growth, and other strategic business development roles. As a key member of our global recruiting organization, you will develop and execute GTM recruitment strategies in partnership with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will bring extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and business functions, building dynamic relationships with senior business leaders and hiring managers. You will have a keen focus on the quality of talent and a sense of urgency in your approach to recruitment. You thrive in a global, fast-paced, innovative environment, and possess a strong work ethic that also knows how to have fun while achieving great results.

The Lead Recruiter, GTM role will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your strategic recruiting prowess, develop deep partnerships with senior leadership, and play a mission-critical role in our North American growth and within the TA and People Team.

The impact you’ll make

  • You will be leading North American GTM hiring; driving strategy, full cycle recruiting, and candidate attraction & experience initiatives for InMobi’s North American teams
  • Establish trusted business partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to execute on target profile requirements, recruiting strategy, interview management, & candidate journey
  • Recruit both active and passive candidates, focusing on the quality of talent, role fit, and candidate motivation
  • Provide strategic guidance and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent, hiring, and the competition landscape within the ad tech ecosystem
  • Develop sourcing strategies to cultivate and nurture talent pools and execute on robust search strategies to attract top talent
  • Evangelize InMobi’s employer brand, products, and vision as you nurture current and future talent pipelines
  • Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse ATS, produce weekly metric updates illustrating candidate activity and hiring progress, spotlighting challenges, and highlighting wins
  • Embody great teamwork and expand beyond recruiting into the larger global Talent Acquisition team to support employer branding, new hire onboarding, and other mission-critical talent and hiring initiatives

The experience we need

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of in-house corporate recruiting, successfully building GTM teams for internet, software, or mobile technology organizations. Advertising technology experience is a plus!
  • Possess Sales DNA: You enjoy selling your employer brand and know how to pitch an exciting and rewarding opportunity, which can sometimes be complex to describe. You aren’t shy to connect or network with new people across the internet or across the globe. You ask candidates and hiring managers valuable, insightful, and thoughtful questions. You have relentless follow-up skills, you can pre-close, negotiate, overcome the competition, and close when it's time to close.
  • Work with Integrity: You do what you say you will do. You are an expert at keeping action items organized, following up, and delivering feedback in a timely manner. You know how to make all people feel valued and important.
  • Drive & Initiative: You enjoy working independently and are comfortable taking control. You are excited by solving complex problems and are highly resourceful. You think outside of the box and embrace self-development.
  • Savvy Communicator:You know how to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers of all levels and personalities. Emphatically important is your sense of ownership, accountability, and balance of confidence and humility for your work.

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location.

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $110,000 USD to $150,000 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*.

*Our ranges may vary based on final location/region in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.

In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of a stock grant known as Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
