About the RoleWe are seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our growing GTM team! The Lead Recruiter should be comfortable using data to manage a team of recruiters, carrying a req load, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters. The Lead Recruiter primary focus is on GTM recruiting. To deliver the best possible care to our clients, we need exceptional GTM team members to join us. This candidate will play an integral role in managing a team of GTM recruiters and sourcing new GTM talent. Charlie Health is growing quickly, so we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment. Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions. Additional InformationThe expected base pay for this role will be between $130,000 and $145,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
