the position : As Lead Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in strategically expanding our teams by hiring for key positions that support our business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will be a vital part of our collaborative, two-person recruiting team. You will be tasked with managing the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across both technical and non-technical functions, requiring comfort and agility in context switching between diverse roles. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to scheduling and reporting. In a competitive healthtech landscape, your deep expertise in recruiting will be critical to ensuring we bring on the right talent to drive our mission forward!

As Lead Recruiter you should have : 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Prior experience with Greenhouse preferred.Intermediate Excel skills highly preferred.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Proven strength in negotiating offers, ensuring outcomes that meet both candidate expectations and Stellar's compensation philosophy.Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide data-driven insights and

Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellar's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range.
