The Work
We’re seeking a Lead Early Talent Recruiter to own and scale our university and early-career hiring efforts. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution for our internship and new graduate programs across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll be the bridge between our talent acquisition team and business leaders, ensuring early talent hiring aligns with organizational goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building programs that support long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align early talent strategies with workforce planning goals.
  • Design and improve end-to-end early talent programs, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience from engagement through onboarding. Develop university engagement strategies, building long-term partnerships with schools and programs. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to enhance visibility through campus events, career fairs, hackathons, and conferences.
  • Expand internship and new graduate hiring programs globally, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and regional needs.
  • Collaborate with the UBRI team to incorporate academic partnerships into recruiting processes.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and inform decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in University/Early Talent Recruiting or related roles (technical hiring experience preferred).
  • Experience building scalable early-career hiring programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a history of working with cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience organizing recruiting events on campus and at large conferences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with platforms like Greenhouse, Gem, Untapped, and university systems.
  • Willingness to travel for recruiting events and campus engagements.
