The Role
Chalk is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter / Recruiting Lead (Technical) to help us build the future of our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy and scaling our technical organization from the ground up. We’re looking for someone deeply experienced in technical recruiting, particularly candidate identification, engagement, development, and creative sourcing. You’ll partner closely with our founders, engineering leadership, and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent. This is a mission-critical role: our product and engineering teams are at the heart of our growth.
This is a full time role and requires 5 days in the San Francisco office.

Compensation
Range: Salary + Equity based on experience
Actual compensation awarded to successful candidates will be based on several factors, including individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
