  • Collaborate with the UBRI (University Blockchain Research Initiative) team to integrate academic partnerships into the recruiting funnel.
  • Use data and insights to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in University/Early Talent Recruiting or related recruiting roles (experience with technical hiring preferred).
  • Proven experience building and executing scalable early-career hiring programs that align with business goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
  • Deep commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences and ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience leading and organizing recruiting events—both on campus and at large-scale conferences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, Gem, Untapped, and university career systems.
