*This role is based in San Francisco and requires 6 days onsite Monday - Saturday

Salary: $110 - 150k + Equity + Excellent Benefits!

About the Role:

As our People Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR operations—from onboarding new team members and generating offer letters, to ensuring smooth payroll runs and vendor payments. You’ll help us build a strong operational foundation while keeping our people-first values at the center of every process.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Draft and process offer letters and employment agreements
• Own and optimize payroll across geographies (in partnership with finance)
• Coordinate vendor payments and support contractor management
• Maintain and improve our HR systems and documentation
• Partner with leadership on compliance, culture, and employee engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years in People Ops, HR, or similar roles at startups or high-growth environments
• Experience handling payroll, onboarding, and HRIS tools
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and building processes from scratch
• Clear communicator with a bias for action and empathy
• Bonus: Familiarity with the HR tech or AI space
