Full Time : Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00 (some weekends will be required)

Position Summary :

The Receptionist will provide efficient and courteous service to all residents and guests. You will take on a rewarding position with an innovative company where hard work pays off and advancement is always a possibility.

Required Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or one to three years related experience and/or training.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department.
  • Check in residents daily.
  • Answer routine telephone inquiries.
  • Greet all residents and guests courteously and professionally.
  • Provide a 1440 experience to our senior residents!
  • Distribute applications to prospective employees.
  • Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training staff.
  • Refer prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
  • Sort and deliver mail, messages, and packages.
  • Know resident apartments, in-house facilities, and local information.
  • Reserve the private dining area for residents and guests.
  • Collect work orders and information for maintenance.
  • Know emergency call systems and procedures.
  • Perform all duties timely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Work independently in a professional manner.
  • Keep supervisor informed of significant matters.
  • Assist with accounting duties as assigned.
  • Dress professionally and wear a name tag.
General Working Conditions :

This role involves standing for long periods. Effective communication, sitting, standing, walking, and handling equipment are required. Occasionally, you will need to reach, lift up to 25 pounds, and review detailed documents. The environment involves moderate noise and may include travel to different locations.
