Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a project lead role on AAA titles.
• Strong understanding of level art principles and environmental storytelling.
• Proficiency with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) and performance optimization.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage realistic environment projects for Console and PC platforms.
• Collaborate with Art and Tech teams through all production stages.
• Maintain high production standards and artistic quality of outputs.
• Provide artistic and technical support to resolve production challenges.
• Create and maintain art documentation, technical specs, and production guidelines.
• Participate in project estimations, test assignments, and evaluations.
• Lead new projects and supervise team members.
• Work with game engines for environment setup, integration, and validation.
• Research new tools and techniques to improve workflows.
