Formación

• PhD/MS/BS in CS/ML/OR or equivalent with demonstrated impact.
• 4+ years of experience developing and deploying ML models and optimization algorithms in large-scale production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
• Experience with large-scale data systems (Spark, Ray), real-time processing (Flink), and microservices architectures.
• Experience in ML model development, training, productionization and monitoring at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and productionization of end-to-end ML solutions for large-scale distributed systems.
• Develop novel pricing approaches for online marketplaces using ML, algorithms, and optimization.
• Collaborate with team leads to set technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
• Design and deliver high-impact technical solutions with engineers, PMs, and scientists.
