Uber’s Dynamic Supply Pricing (DSP) team builds real-time pricing models and large-scale systems powering billions of rides. You will lead ML model design, productionization, and pricing algorithms with a focus on multi-objective optimization and real-time performance.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and scientists to set technical direction and solve complex business problems. Expect mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities for fast growth and impact across

Qualifications

Ph.D., M.S. or B.S. in CS/ML/OR or equivalent with demonstrated impact.
6+ years leading ML models and optimization in production.
Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
Experience with large-scale data systems (Spark, Ray) and real-time processing (Flink).
Experience in pricing algorithms for multi-sided marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Drive technical strategy and 1+ year roadmap ownership, including architecture decisions and cross-team influence.
Lead end-to-end ML solution design, development, and productionization for large-scale systems.
Develop pricing approaches for online marketplaces using ML, game theory, and optimization.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and scientists to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
