You will work with engineers, PMs, and scientists to shape the team’s direction and solve complex marketplace challenges.

You will mentor junior engineers and own implementations, delivering high-impact technical solutions that create earnings opportunities for millions of drivers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.S. or Bachelor's in CS/ML/OR with proven impact.
• 4+ years building and deploying ML models in production.
• Proficient in Python, Scala, Java or Go; strong data systems exp.
• Experience with Spark, Ray, Flink and microservices architectures.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ML solutions for large-scale systems processing billions of trips.
• Develop pricing approaches for online marketplaces using ML, theory and optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction with team leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
