PubMatic is seeking a Principal Software Engineer for the PubMatic AgenticOS to design and build scalable, ultra-low-latency real-time bidding systems for the buy-side. You will lead bidder services, craft pacing rules, and own core components from auction to delivery.

You will collaborate with ML, data and product teams to improve performance metrics across campaigns and ensure OpenRTB/VAST support, data governance and robust fault tolerance.

Formación

• Architect high-throughput, ultra-low-latency real-time bidding systems.
• Lead bidder services handling millions of QPS with strict latency SLAs.
• Design pacing, budget management, and delivery optimization algorithms.
• Own core systems for deal execution and auction participation.
• Collaborate with ML to productionize bid optimization models.
• Ensure OpenRTB, VAST, and programmatic ad workflows are supported.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions at scale.
• Foster data quality, governance, and security across the stack.
