BairesDev is seeking a Header Bidding Engineer to lead the technical implementation of programmatic advertising strategies, focusing on optimizing auction dynamics and yield. You will streamline how inventory is bought and sold in real-time, ensuring our ad stack operates at peak efficiency.

As a Header Bidding Engineer, you will architect solutions with Prebid technologies, integrate with SSPs/DSPs, and drive latency improvements while adhering to industry standards for high‑quality ad

Qualifications

5+ years in Software Engineering with AdTech focus.
Experience implementing and optimizing OpenRTB and header bidding.
Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges.
Knowledge of IAB standards and mobile ad integrations.
Excellent English skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain high‑performance header bidding solutions using Prebid technologies.
Integrate and manage connections with supply-side and demand-side platforms.
Optimize system performance to reduce latency during ad auctions.
Implement and govern industry standards for compliant, high‑quality ad delivery.
Collaborate on low‑latency bidding logic and mobile ad integrations.
