• The role focuses on supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transactional documents; conducting and reviewing title due diligence (including negotiation and clearance of title issues); managing transaction closings; and collaborating on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
• Key requirements include proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and document review, with a keen attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent matters.
