Greenberg Traurig (GT) seeks a 4th to 7th year Associate in the Real Estate Practice in our Denver office. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities to handle complex commercial real estate transactions for clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a willingness to take ownership while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of real estate experience in commercial transactions such as acquisitions and dispositions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is essential.
• Ability to run transactions with little or no oversight.
• Investment fund experience is a plus.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and analytical abilities; ownership mindset.
• In good standing with the Colorado Bar.

• Lead real estate transactions with minimal supervision and clear accountability.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts for a variety of clients.
• Collaborate with teams and clients across industries on large deals.
