Qualifications

• 1–3 years of real estate experience in commercial transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, joint ventures, development).
• Strong academic background and superior drafting/negotiation skills.
• Ability to take on significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills; attention to detail; high initiative and ownership.
• Colorado Bar in good standing is required.
