Job summary

Qualifications
- 4–7 years of real estate experience in commercial transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures and development.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is essential.
- Candidate will be given significant responsibility and expected to run transactions with little oversight.
- Investment fund experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run real estate transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate contracts.
- Advise clients across industries on a broad real estate practice.
