Hut 8 is seeking an Assistant General Counsel of Real Estate and Development to lead legal strategy for its data center portfolio, from site selection through delivery. You will negotiate complex agreements, manage outside counsel, and partner with cross-functional teams to balance speed and risk.

The role is based in our Miami, FL headquarters, requiring a strong background in commercial real estate and project finance for data center environments.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. State.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in commercial real estate development, construction, or data centers.
• Expertise in complex real estate development transactions, joint ventures, project finance, leasing, and construction.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
