We’re hoping to serve the kids who often don’t make progress in other environments with an integrated model including ABA, psychiatry, family support, ST and OT.

The RBT implements individualized treatment plans, collects data, supports caregiver training, and ensures safe, ethical, and high-quality service delivery.

This role requires strong interdisciplinary collaboration, as the RBT partners with families and other providers (e.g., speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, developmental pediatricians, psychologists, school teams, and care coordinators) to implement integrated, whole-child care.

  • Maintain RBT certification in good standing.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete daily session notes including start/stop times and place of service
  • Submit documentation in accordance with Medicaid and payer requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Report incidents immediately following company policy.
Quality & Ethical Standards
  • Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and RBT Task List requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and appropriate boundaries in home environments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and competency evaluations.
Interdisciplinary Care Coordination
