Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Colorado specializes in in-home and in-school ABA therapy. We are looking for a Lead RBT to guide sessions, support the BCBA team, and mentor other RBTs while delivering high-quality 1:1 care to children.

RBT certification is required (or actively in process). Competitive pay ($25-$30/hr) with bonus opportunities, flexible hours, and room to grow within a mission-driven, family-like team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or actively in process.
• Experience with children is valued.
• Positive, team-first attitude and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings.
• Assist other RBTs and BCBA.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Track progress using trained systems.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
• Bring energy, compassion and care to the role.
