House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our heart-driven team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools and follow treatment plans created by our BCBA team.

We value compassionate, reliable caregivers with a passion for helping children grow. A valid RBT certification (or active pursuit) is required, and flexible full- or part-time schedules are available to fit your life and caseload.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively pursuing it.
• Experience or interest in working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA team.
• Track progress using our systems (training provided).
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child growth.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to daily interactions.
