Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. The role offers both full-time and part-time options with an hourly pay range of $22–$28, plus bonus opportunities, and you will join a heart-led team dedicated to making a real impact in children’s lives.

We require RBT certification (or actively pursuing it) and a passion for helping kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to kiddos in homes and schools
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA-licensed clinicians
• Track progress using easy-to-use systems (training provided)
• Work hand-in-hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive
• Bring energy, compassion, and care that makes a lifelong difference
