Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our heart-driven team. This in-home and in-school role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with hours ranging 15–40 per week and a starting date ASAP.

You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, support families, and help children thrive in everyday settings. Most importantly, you must have RBT certification (or be actively pursuing it).

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or actively in process to obtain it.
• Love for working with children and a positive, team-first attitude are essential.
• Reliable transportation and good vibes.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and bring your heart to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to kiddos in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using user-friendly systems and training.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to daily practice.
