ABA Centers of America in Wellesley Hills, MA is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) for a full-time leadership role to support and grow our ABA centers. You will mentor RBTs, supervise scheduling with the RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations, and help maintain clinic productivity while delivering high-quality ABA services.

The role offers compensation of 55,000 to 65,000 per year, final pay based on experience, and opportunities for advancement through our ABA Academy

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification through BACB is required
• 3+ years of experience with children in ABA or education preferred
• 2-year degree or higher preferred
• 1 year of experience training others preferred

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic schedule and maximize productivity with RBT Supervisor and Director of Operations
• Ensure RBTs have time to complete billing and admin duties
• Assist with data completion
• Aid RBTs with learners
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services
• Maintain client and staff safety as extra support person for the clinic
• Serve as mentor to RBTs
• Use specified procedures to implement discrete trial teaching
• Teach and generalize skills in natural environments using formal procedures
• Use strategies of pivotal response treatment
• Use formal procedures to increase verbal behavior
