Job summary

Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is seeking an RBT to support the BCBA team with administrative tasks, data collection, and protocol preparation. You will assist with program materials across toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills under BCBA direction.

This role requires accurate data entry, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with families and clinicians. Candidates should have an active RBT certification and at least one year of BT experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year BT experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and data entry for visual analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBA team with administrative tasks and data collection under BCBA direction.
• Prepare program materials and treatment protocols across domains (toilet training, communication, social, adaptive living).
• Maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
• Support parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow BACB ethical guidelines.
