Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant as keyholder.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and perform deep cleans.
• Communicate equipment needs to ensure machines run.
• Supervise tasks, monitor sales vs labor, quality, and ticket times.
• Train staff as needed and manage back‑of‑house crew.
• Direct dishwasher staff and other back-of-house positions.
• Ensure safety and sanitation per health codes.
