Responsibilities

  • Monitor food preparation and presentation; conduct line checks and temperature logs.
  • Enforce sanitation and safety standards; ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Maintain open communication with management and participate in meetings.
  • Implement and monitor back-of-house systems (prep lists, order guides, daily walkthroughs).
