Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-4 years in Testing & Commissioning in rail or similar industries.
• Knowledge of electrical/control systems, cabling, bonding, and instrumentation.
• Strong people-management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Test & Commissioning engineers and technicians.
• Manage testing workshop planning, workload, and resources.
• Ensure testing aligns with procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate handover from Manufacturing to Testing.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, lead time, and safety.
• Consolidate test reports and communicate project performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers.
• Promote continuous improvement and safety compliance.
