Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined education and/or experience in construction project management, rail, and/or bridge inspections.
• Progressive career development in construction leadership roles.
• Experience leading project or task teams for contractors, owners, developers, or designers.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site representation, documentation, and cost/time management to clients.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with multiple project entities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and track activities across multiple projects and staffing needs.
• Act as liaison between Owner and General Contractors on multi-disciplinary projects, including site inspections.
• Review and ensure conformance to specifications for products and materials.
• Maintain project documentation, meetings, RFIs, change orders, and punchlists.
• Support training of Inspectors and team members; ensure safety practices on site.
• Prepare reports and presentations; manage customer relations.
