Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined education and/or experience in construction project management, rail, and/or bridge inspections.
• Experience leading project or task teams for contractors, owners, developers, or designers.
• Progressive career development in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical work products to clients, on-site representation, documentation, cost control, and time management.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with various project entities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and track multiple project activities across projects and staffing requirements.
• Act as liaison between Owner and General Contractors on multi-disciplinary construction projects.
