Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple project activities across projects and allocate staffing.
• Perform on-site construction inspection and ensure conformance to specs.
• Lead the project team and liaison between Owner and General Contractors.
• Maintain project documentation, review RFIs and change orders, and support project controls.
• Facilitate construction meetings and monitor safety and compliance.
