Job summary

University of California- Davis Health is seeking a Lead Principal Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality radiologic imaging, supervise daily operations, and coordinate patient care across OR, ED, fluoroscopy and inpatient services.

The role requires advanced PACS/RIS/EPIC knowledge, robust ARRT/CRT credentials, and the ability to drive protocol reviews and throughput while maintaining image quality in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in good standing.
CA Fluoroscopic Permit required.
ARRT Certification preferred.
BLS or UC Davis CPR certification required.
Two+ years of progressive radiologic tech experience in varied settings.
Knowledge of PACS/RIS/EPIC and imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

Perform quality radiologic exams and ensure patient safety.
Lead principal radiologic technologist duties and coordinate department workflow.
Maintain image quality and manage protocol reviews and throughput.
Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians and peers in high-pressure environments.
Ensure compliance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
