Job summary

Nutex Health, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Lead Radiology Technologist to oversee imaging services in a dynamic hospital setting. You will supervise radiology operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with safety and accreditation standards.

The role requires hands-on imaging across CT, X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound, plus strong leadership and collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CT, X-ray, MRI or Ultrasound with ARRT or RDMS certification.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital imaging setting.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate radiology operations, including scheduling and workflow management.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound) as certified.
• Develop and update imaging policies and protocols for the hospital setting.
• Train, mentor and evaluate imaging staff to maintain safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety, regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain imaging equipment and coordinate service with vendors.
