Job summary

Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall in Newburgh, NY seeks a Lead Technologist in Radiology to oversee day-to-day operations in the Imaging Department across two campuses.

The role includes performing general radiology procedures and being on-call as needed. Requirements include completion of an AMA-approved Diagnostic Radiology program, NYSDOH certification and ARRT registration, fluent English, and a minimum of 3 years of X-ray technologist experience.

Qualifications

• AMA-approved school for Diagnostic Radiology.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an X-ray technologist.
• NYSDOH certified and ARRT registered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate day-to-day Radiology department activities at both campuses.
• Perform general radiology procedures and be on call as needed.
• Respond to on-call duties within Radiology Policy and Procedure Guideline timeframes.
