Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Lead Radiology Technologist in New York to provide expert leadership and support in patient care. You will oversee technologist performance, promote team development, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

You Will

• Provide the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) with feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists.
• Manage and provide coaching, training, support, and motivation to team members.
• Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provide documentation to the ICM.
• Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.
• Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and generally accepted safety protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and to alleviate staffing shortages.
• Support the ICM in facility initiatives.
• Act on behalf of the ICM when the individual is unavailable.
• Provide input for hiring and performance evaluation of Radiology Technologist employees.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• ARRT(R) certification.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
