Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Lead MRI Technologist to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced imaging center. You will supervise technologists, ensure high-quality protocols, and support staff development while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the Imaging Center Manager to optimize performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification required.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) regarding performance and quality of technologists.
  • Coach, train, support, and motivate team members.
  • Monitor and document performance during evaluation periods and provide documentation to the ICM.
  • Promote flexible staff utilization and delegate work across teams and departments.

When you join us as a Lead MRI Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will
  • Provide the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) with feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists.
  • Manage and provide coaching, training, support, and motivation to team members.
  • Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provides documentation to the ICM.
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.
  • Adheres to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and generally accepted safety protocols.
  • Performs technologist duties to maintain technical skills and to alleviate staffing shortages.
  • Supports the ICM in facility initiatives.
  • Provide input for hiring and performance evaluation of MRI employees
  • Acts on behalf of the ICM when individual is unavailable.

  • Capable of showcasing adept and professional communication skills with leaders across all levels, as well as demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities and respect when interacting with patients, leaders, and colleagues
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problems
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
  • ARRT(R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • BLS certification
  • A familiarity with and ability to use equipment in including RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.
  • A demonstrated the ability to maintain all required quality standards

Pay Range: $36.00 - $48.00 per hour
