Job summary

TriStar Summit Medical Center in Nashville, TN seeks a Lead Radiologic Technologist to guide a high-performing imaging team. You will mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure safe, accurate, patient-centered imaging across procedures.

You will collaborate with radiologists and care teams, oversee equipment maintenance, and support leadership development while upholding radiation safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
• Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
• Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
• Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes
