Jobot is seeking a founding Respiratory Therapy Program Director in Columbus, OH to build a new program from the ground up. The role requires leadership, program development, and strong teaching credentials. Salary is $90,000-$125,000 with relocation assistance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or related field.
• RRT Certification (active) as required.
• 2 years of experience teaching in a CoARC accredited program.
• Completed the CoARC training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the structure and daily operation of the program and its curricula.
• Ensure the effectiveness of clinical affiliates/education centers.
• Act as liaison between clinical agencies and the college.
• Maintain evaluation of students by clinical instructors and staff.
• Ensure the program meets CoARC standards.
