Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Radar Systems Engineer to serve as Agile Product Owner for the SE&TC Surface Radars & Sensors Center, onsite in Woburn, MA. You will manage the team backlog, refine epics, and translate work into actionable user stories for the AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar program, a high‑profile defense system.

You will lead design, prototyping, software development, testing, and analysis of new radar capabilities, while overseeing cost/schedule performance,

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a technical effort.
• Experience in cost and schedule performance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile team backlog with refined user stories.
• Oversee milestone planning and earned value tracking.
• Perform radar system performance assessments and testing scenarios.
• Lead design, prototyping, and integration of radar capabilities.
• Provide technical support for proposals and budgeting.
